Growth

'Growth occurs when individuals confront problems, struggle to master them, and through that struggle develop new aspects of their skills, capacities, views about life.' - Carl Rogers
Life is largely about growth and change. Individuals must change their thoughts, actions, and feelings in order to grow. This change can be difficult and, at times, painful.
My role is to help individuals feel empowered to change their lives and continue to grow with an improved sense of well-being.

Hope

'However bad life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at. Where there’s life, there’s hope.' - Stephen Hawking
Hope is about relief and restoration. There is always hope, even when we don't see it. Hope is the life force that keeps us going. My role is that of a mentor who helps people to see the hope inside themselves. I help my clients connect with hope by offering a sense of support and validation.

Calm

A calm mind brings out inner strength, self confidence, and good health. Life can be stressful, anxiety filled, and generally an extremely uncomfortable experience. Through mindfulness and deep breathing skills, I help my clients build a stress-relief system that guides them out of their chaos and towards the calm.
